Preceded in death by parents Clarence & Eleanor; brothers Robert & Clarence Jr. Survived by loving wife Betty, of 54 years; children Tim, Lynn (Bill) McClellan & Sara; grandchildren Kayla, Madisen & Kevin; sister Alice Heinbuch; many relatives & friends. Retired from City of North St. Paul. Services Tuesday (5/31) 1:00 PM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Ave., North St. Paul, with visitation beginning at 11 AM.
