Mildred P. McCormack of Weston died on Friday, May 6, at Grosvenor Park Health Center of Salem, MA. Raised and educated in Medford, she was the daughter of the late Christopher and Mary (Lewis) Curcio. Before she married, Mildred was employed as a teacher.
She was the devoted mother of William McCormack Jr. and his wife Marybeth of Weston, Gregory McCormack and his wife Pamela of Kirkland, WA, Jeffrey McCormack and his wife Joan of Swampscott, Mark McCormack of Winchester, Mathew McCormack and his wife Joyce of Malden. Mildred was the loving grandmother of Kerry Heinemann and her husband Tom of Falls Church, VA, Christopher McCormack and his wife Geeta of Seatle, WA, Justin McCormack and his wife Rosemary of Wellesley, and Kathryn McCormack of Somerville. She was the loving great grandmother of Maya, Keira, Rachel, Maddy, Brody and Kiley, and sister of the late Vincent Curcio.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Wednesday, May 11, at 11 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 441 Fellsway West, Medford, at 11:30 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Wednesday 9:30 through 11 AM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
