NORTH SACO- Laura Frances Phillips, 74 of 18
Boothby Lane, Saco, passed away peacefully at home she shared
with her son Sonny Belanger whom she lived with for the last
16 years along with her sister Edith MacDonald for the last 6 years.
She was born in Norway, Maine on her mothers birthday on
September 10th 1941 to the late Nathalie Spear.
Laura attended schools in the Oxford Hills area and worked as a
C.N.A in her early years and in 1975 furthered her career
& received her LPN nursing training through SMVTI in Portland
Maine. She then moved to Lewiston Maine were she worked in
various nursing homes. Laura was a Jehovah's Witness in the
Saco, Norway & Lewiston Congregations. Laura also leaves
behind a family she loved with all her heart. Laura's family loved her and will forever miss her.
Laura is survived by her only sister Edith
& her late husband David MacDonald of Saco 2 sons Norman "Sonny" Belanger of Saco and Albert Belanger Sr of Peru, 4 daughters Roberta Ishola of Fayetteville, North Carolina, Pamela Belanger, Nathalie Lilly,Brenda Terjelian of Lewiston, Grandchildren her name sake Laura Lunt,Victor & Jamie Carter of Lewiston, Deeanna & Adam Collins of Lewiston Jessica Carter,Antonio Gendron, & Ryan & Stephanie Voye of Wales, Albert Belanger Jr of Pure Maine,Justin & Dominque Deschaine of Auburn, Victor Jr,Jonathan Carter Trevon Woodbury,Raequann & Nastatsia Lunt of Lewiston, Scott Darling Jennifer, Tammy, Blanche, Roberta, Jasmine ,Victoria, Therdore, James ,Richard, John, Tammy, Shawnna Roaix of Bluffton South Carolina Great Grandchildren Roberta Lunt of Fayetteville North Carolina, Taraji & Braxton Deschaine of Auburn
Laura was predeceased by her Mom Nathalie Spear and great granddaughter Alberta April Terjelian.
