Rhoda A. (Audette) Wandland,80, of 84 Ash St.,died Tuesday, July 5
at Overlook Masonic Health Care in Charlton after a long illness.
She leaves her husband of 45 years Roy C. Wandland, a son Klaes R. and his
wife June Wandland of Kettering, OH., two daughters Claudia and her husband
Larry Forgit of N.Brookfield, Susan and her husband Edward Plant of Norton,
five grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by a brother
Russell Audette.
Mrs. Wandland was a registered nurse for the Norton Co. and the Jepson
Family in Worcester for many years, before retiring in 1987. She graduated
from David Prouty High School in Spencer and Hahnemann Hospital School of
Nursing in Worcester. She was a member of St. Mary's Church.
Born in Marlborough, she was the daughter of Paul E. and Aurore (Cournoyer)
Audette.
The funeral will be held Thursday, July 7 from the J.HENRI MORIN & SON
FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Mary's
Church, 60 Maple St., Spencer. Burial will follow in Grove Cemetery, Holden.
A calling hour will be held on Thursday, July 7 from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. in
the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the
Spencer Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 147, Spencer, Ma. 01562.
