
Carmen A. “Butch” Petrillo, 71, of Franklin died Wednesday, March 30, 2016 in his home surrounded by his loving friends.
Born in Boston on January 7, 1945 he was the son of the late Mary B. (Pavone) and Carmen N. Petrillo.
Carmen grew up in Boston and was a lifelong resident of Franklin.
He had worked for over 30 years for the Wrentham Developmental Center as an Occupational Therapist.
In his spare time, Carmen was a Semi-Pro Wrestler, wrestling under his ring name of “Superstar Butch Petrillo.” He was a constant joker and a great storyteller.
He is survived by his close friends and surrogate family, Tommy Ursini, Marie Rockel and Troy Chaput and his wife Missy and their kids Zachary, and Jared Chaput and the Bishaw family.
His funeral will be held on Monday, April 4 at 9:15am from the Ginley Funeral Home of Franklin, (www.ginleyfuneralhomes.com) 131 Main St., Franklin, followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Mary Church, 1 Church Square, Franklin at 10:00 am.
Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Boston.
