Mary N. (Agostino) Pasquale, of Medford, passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2016, peacefully at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was 92.
Born in Lawrence, MA, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Rose (Gillette) Agostino.
Following high school graduation, Mary married her husband Anthony. The two raised their family in Medford, with the corner stone of love and devotion. A homemaker, Mary was devoted to caring for her family.
Mary was the beloved wife of the late Anthony Pasquale, with whom she shared many loving years of marriage. She was the devoted mother of Maryjane Solimine and her husband Frank of Medford, Carol Serfes and her husband Arthur of Medford, the late Joseph T. Pasquale and his surviving wife Gloria of Peabody, Paul Pasquale and Theresa of Methuen, Anthony P. Pasquale and his wife Lucie of Medford. Mary was the loving grandmother of Frank Solimine and his wife Christy of Brockton, Maria Spencer and her husband Tim of North Reading, Joseph Solimine and his wife Dianna of Stoneham, Reneé Serfes and her fiancé Rob of Lynnfield, Artie Serfes and his fiancé Maria of Medford, Maryanne Donato and her husband Paul of Medford, Jessica and P.J. Dalton of Revere, Vanessa Ashtin of Revere, Melissa Mascarenhas and her husband Kris of Holbrook, Sandra Nicastro and her husband Joseph of Peabody. Mary was also the loving great grandmother of Rose, Anthony, Jacqueline, Olivia, Jackson, Gavin, Matthew, Domenic, Gianna, Alessandra and Guiliana. She was the dear sister of James Agostino of Arlington. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Mary was preceded in death by her siblings Philmena Galluzzo, Anna Lombardozzi, Tom Augustine, Alice Vallario, Dorothy Nyberg and Rose Miller.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main Street, Medford, Monday, March 21st at 8:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated in St. Raphael Church, 512 High St., Medford, at 9:30 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday from 4 through 8 PM. Services will conclude with entombment at Holy Cross Mausoleum in Malden. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mary’s son’s name, Joseph T. Pasquale, may be sent to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701.
