MEGNA, Albert of Roslindale, formerly of Mission Hill Boston, passed away March 3, 2016 at Maples nursing home in Wrentham, MA surrounded by his loving family and extended Maples family. Born July 24, 1918 to Jenny [Costa] and John Megna. Loving brother to the late Anthony, Joseph, John, Lillian [Sacco] Josephine and Marie [Bosworth]. Beloved by his many nieces and nephews and his caregivers at Maples Rockport unit. A funeral mass will be held at St. Mary’s Church Wrentham, MA on Thursday, March 10th at 9am. Followed by interment at St Mary’s Cemetery No. Attleboro, MA. Friends and family are invited to attend. Lifelong member of Mission Church Boston. Albert was a WWII Veteran and employed by the federal government in Boston until his retirement. In lieu of flowers donation can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association at alz.org.
