Josephine Rago, 86 of Medford formerly of the North End of Boston died Thursday after a brief illness in the Newton-Wellesley Hospital Newton, MA.
Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Filomena (Graffeo) Bono. Mrs. Rago was a homemaker in her own home.
Beloved wife of the late Gaetano. Devoted mother of James Rago and his wife Dianne of Newton. Loving grandmother of Jason Rago of Newton. Sister of Michael Bono of Malden, Terry Jean, Rena Geany, Jenny Cobuccio all of Medford, Stella Guarino of Woburn, and the late James Bono.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Monday at 8 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant St., Malden, at 9 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours Sunday 7 - 9 PM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
