Mary T. (Hayes) Cloutier, 78 years old, passed away at Morton Hospital in Taunton on February 4, 2016. She was born in Taunton, the daughter of the late John B. and M. Muriel (Castle) Hayes. She attended Immaculate Conception grammar school and graduated from Taunton High School in 1955. Mary was the wife of the late Ronald Cloutier. She leaves her two daughters, Anne Smith and her husband, Jim of Denver, Colorado and Elizabeth Cloutier of Austin, Texas. She was also the mother of the late David Cloutier. She was the Grandmother of seven. Mary is also survived by her siblings: Anne Haggerty and her husband John of Taunton, John Hayes and his wife Constance of Mattapoisett and Edward Hayes and his wife Patricia of Plymouth. She was the sister of the late Joseph and Peter Hayes and the aunt of several nieces and nephews. Mary also leaves her dear companion Roland Bousquin and her friend Paulo Martins. Mary moved to Ohio, where she raised her family, moving back to Taunton in the year 2000. In Ohio, she worked as an X-ray technician. Mary was a very creative person, who enjoyed painting and displayed her work in a number of shows in Taunton. She happily enjoyed sharing her art and crafts with others. She loved going to yard sales, where she could be found most Saturday mornings. Friends and relatives are invited to attend a memorial Mass on Saturday, February 20th at 10:00 AM at St Jude the Apostle Church, 249 Whittenton Street in Taunton.
