In Raynham, of Raynham, February 15, 2016 Louise “Weezie” (O’Donnell) Scanlon wife of the late Joseph Scanlon died at Life Care Center in Taunton at the age of 86. Born in Dorchester, Louise was the daughter of the late Francis and Bertha (Kelley) O’Donnell. Louise was a graduate of Taunton High School Class of 1947 and attended Katherine Gibbs Secretarial School. She was a retired Secretary for Coyle & Cassidy High School for over twenty three years, she also work at the former print shop at the Raynham Dog Track. Louise was the former president for the Mother’s Club at Our Lady of the Lourdes Church in Taunton and was a member of the St Ann’s Woman’s Guild. Louise enjoyed all sports especially the Boston Red Sox, Celtic’s and the Patriots. She was the mother of Dr. Michael Scanlon of Raynham and Kelley Scanlon Mathews and her husband Wayne of Sanford, FL. Grandmother of Samantha, Sydney, Maggie Scanlon of Raynham and Alex and Abby Mathews of Sanford, FL. Funeral from the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home 70 Washington Street in Taunton Friday, February 19th at 9 AM. A Mass will be held at St Ann’s Church in Raynham at 10 AM. Calling hours will be on Thursday from 5-8 PM. Interment St Joseph Cemetery in Taunton.
