Francis T. Seow, former Solicitor-General of Singapore, passed away peacefully in Boston on January 20th 2016 at the age of 87.
As a retired lawyer he has spent the past 25 years writing books such as “To Catch a Tartar”, “The Media Enthralled”, “Beyond Suspicion?” and “Confucius Confounded: The Analects of Lee Kuan Yew”.
He leaves behind his daughters Ingrid Annalisa and Amara, and sons Ashleigh and Andre; grandchildren Alyssea, Tristram, Rebecca, Alexandra, Elinor, and Americk; and Siblings. A private funeral service was held for him on Thursday 28th at the P.E. Murray – F.J. Higgins Funeral Home.
