MACPHERSON, JOHN of Boston passed peacefully on January 19, 2016. Dedicated former spouse of Barbara Sidorowicz. Loving father of James and Cynthia of Holbrook, Ron and Carla of Walpole, Pamela and Stan Bogdanski of Southborough, Thomas of Merrimack, NH, John of New Hamphire, Alexa of Holbrook and the late Scott and Baby Jackie. Cherished brother of Catherine DeArruda, Angus and the late Neal, William and James. Adoring grandfather of Darcey, Tanya, Patrick, Madison, Brenden, Isabella, Matthew, Thomas, Jeffrey, Heavenne, Gabrielle, Joshua, Cody and the late John Joseph. Beloved uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in John’s memory to the South Shore Animal Hospital in Weymouth or the VFW. Visiting Hours will be held on Monday from 4-8 PM at the Casper Funeral Home in South Boston. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday at 10 AM at Our Lady of Czestochowa Church located at 655 Dorchester Avenue, Boston. Interment services will follow at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne, MA at 12:45 PM.
