Lynda M. (Gaide) Donohue, 51, of Tsienneto Rd., Derry, died November 10, 2001 at her home following a lengthy illness.
She was born in Boston, Mass. on August 17, 1950 a daughter of Martha (Trinka) Gaide and the late Frank Gaide. She was a resident of Derry for over 12 years, formerly living in S. Boston, Mass.
She was a graduate of Cardinal Cushing Central High School in S. Boston, Mass., and was a graduate of nursing school. She had been employed as a nurse for several nursing homes over the years.
She was a communicant of St. Thomas Aquinas Church in Derry.
Mrs. Donohue was an avid shopper and loved to decorate.
She is survived by two daughters, Lindsay Donohue, Ashley Donohue both of Derry, her mother of S. Boston, Mass., three brothers, Frank Gaide of California, Robert Gaide of Milton, Mass., Peter Gaide of S. Boston, Mass., two sisters, Deborah Healey of Derry, Marsha Gaide of Quincy, Mass., several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 14th, at 10:00 at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Crystal Ave., Derry, with cremation following.
Friends may call at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry on Tuesday, November 13th, from 2 – 4 and 6 – 7:30.
