Stanton Brown, 32, of Groton, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2016, at Lawrence + Memorial Hospital, peacefully, surrounded by family.
He was born Jan. 15, 1983, the son of Wendi and Derry Brown. Stanton was sweet and entertaining, with a strong love for people and animals. He loved to ride his dirt bike and play pool. He had a deep passion for racing, and spent a lot of time at the races routing for his favorite driver, Bruce Thomas Jr., who drove the late model #35 car.
He is survived by his mother and father, Wendi and Derry Brown; his siblings, brother, Derry Brown Jr.; and sisters, Jillian and Jessi Brown; and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was predeceased by his grandmother, Dorothy Whaley.
Service arrangements have not yet been made.
