FALL RIVER - Henry A. Bacon, 82, of 715 Almy Rd., Somerset, MA, died Monday at Charlton Memorial Hospital. He was the Husband of Mary T. “Terry” (Bouchard) Bacon.
Born in Fall River, MA the son of the late Adelard J. Bacon and the late Alice (Lacroix) Bacon. He was a Somerset resident since 1970, previously residing in Westport, MA. He worked at Gold Medal Bakery, LeComte Dairy, Hyco Beverage. He was a Supervisor for Sterlingwale Corduroy of 168 Stevens St., Fall River. After retiring, he worked for Fall River Limousine, Auclair Funeral Home, and Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home. He was a member of St. Louis de France Church.
Besides his wife of Somerset, he is survived by: One Daughter: Diane L. Andes and her Husband George of Somerset, MA, One Son: Michael R. Bacon and his Wife Sheri of Swansea, MA, Two Sisters: Muriel Archambault of Magnolia, TX formerly of Swansea, MA, and Janet Berube of Tiverton, RI formerly, of Fall River, MA, Six Grandchildren: Tisha, Jon, Christopher, Kevin, Alex, & Andrew. Several Nieces and Nephews. He was also the brother of the late Charles, Robert, and Gerald Bacon
His funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, 1521 No. Main St. on Thursday at 9:00A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Louis de France Church at 10:00 A.M. Interment in Nathan Slade Cemetery. Calling hours Wednesday 4-8 P.M.
