Lionel A. Beaulieu, 87, of Berlin, NH, died Sunday, June 12, 2005 in the Parkland Medical Center in Derry, NH. Mr. Beaulieu was born in Auburn, ME on January 24, 1918, a son of the late Ludger and Alma (Saindon) Beaulieu. He was a resident of Berlin for over 40 years, formerly living in Cascade, NH. He was a self employed scrap metal dealer in Berlin for many years.
He is survived by three sons, Ludger Beaulieu and his wife Belinda of Milan, NH, Armand R. Beaulieu and his wife Diane of Santa Fe, TX, Lionel B. Beaulieu and his wife Helen of Cleveland, TN, two daughters, Muriel L. Williamson and her husband Dan of Santa Rosa, CA, Joanne R. Currie her husband Doug of Londonderry, NH, sixteen grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, one brother, Reginald Beaulieu of Auburn, ME, two sisters, Rita Beaulieu of Turner, ME, Cecile Tozier of Auburn, ME, several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Gertrude (St. Hilaire) Beaulieu who died in 1996.
There are no calling hours. Following cremation, a Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, June 15th at 11:00am in the St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 26 Crystal Ave., Derry. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association of NH, 9 Cedarwood Dr., Unit 12, Bedford, NH 03110 or to American Heart Assoc., Northeast Affiliate, 2 Wall St., Manchester, NH 03101 . The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry is handling the arrangements.
