FALL RIVER… Fernando Marquez, 75, of Fall River passed away December 20, 2015 at Crawford Health & Rehabilitation Center.
Born in Banahona Morvis, Puerto Rico, he was a son of the late Reyes Marquez Vega and Julia Nassrio Melecio. Mr. Marquez had been living in this area since 2008. He enjoyed taking care of animals.
Survivors include 3 sons: Fernando Marquez & Ricardo Marquez both of Fall River & Orlando Marquez of Patterson, NJ, 5 daughters: Marry Marquez, Ellie Marquez, Elizabeth Marquez all of Puerto Rico, Rosemary Marquez of Patterson, NJ, & Sue Marquez of New Haven CT, 3 brothers: Jose Miguel Marquez Nassrio, Reys Marquez Nassrio & Jose Marquez all of Puerto Rico, a sister: Carmen Gloria Marquez of Puerto Rico, 25 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Services to which relatives and friends are invited to will be Monday at 11 AM at the SOUTH COAST FUNERAL HOME, 1555 Pleasant Street, Fall River, MA 02723. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Oak Grove Ave Fall River. Calling hours will be held Monday from 9-11 AM.
