Cote, Frederick Raymond, 70, passed away December 21, 2015 at Louisville Veterans Hospital surrounded by loving family.
Fred proudly served in the US Army and fought for our country in Vietnam. He was a Lieutenant of Corrections for KY Corrections Department, and belonged to the First Calvary Association.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Cote; the aunt who raised him, Madeline McDermott (Hal); brother-in-law, Danny Hazelwood; and sister-in-law, Faye Twyman.
Left to cherish his memory are his spouse of 41yrs., Anthony “Glen” Hazelwood; cousins, Tina Hargrave, Linda Dawson, Darlene Payne, and Doreen Fite; mother-in-law, Mary Hazelwood; sisters-in-law, Joyce Thompson, Molly Roth, and Beverly Neuwirth (Chris); many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 30, at 12:00PM; burial will be at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery in Radcliff, KY.
Visitation will be from 10:00AM -12:00PM.
