Roy T. MacDonald passed away on December 20, 2015. He was 76 years old.
Roy was a resident of Malden and Medford and formerly lived in Everett. He worked for many years as a welding foreman for BCD Metal Products in Malden and Ferno Forge in Wilmington.
Roy was the devoted husband of the late Elizabeth (Gallagher) MacDonald. He was the beloved father of Renee Goodwin and her husband Edward of Yarmouthport, Brian MacDonald of Malden, and Daniel MacDonald and his wife Nancy of Arlington. Roy was the cherished grandfather of Edward and Patrick Goodwin, Jennifer Wright, and Daniel and Kayla MacDonald. He was the great grandfather of Landon and Brady Goodwin and Roy and Maise Wright.
The funeral will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home 865 Main Street, Malden on Tuesday December 29th at 9:00a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in the Immaculate Conception Church 487 Broadway, Everett at 10:00a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Monday December 28th from 4-8p.m.
Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
