Edward J. Donahue, 51 of Derry, NH, died Wednesday, June 8, 2005 at his home following a brief illness. Mr. Donahue was born in Manchester, NH on July 21, 1953, a son of the late Edward J. and Ann (Miller) Donahue. He was a resident of Derry for 24 years, formerly living in Manchester. Mr. Donahue graduated from Memorial High School in Manchester, Class of 1971. He owned and operated vitamin stores in the Southern NH and Merrimack Valley area. He enjoyed working out and was an avid bodybuilder. He also enjoyed drawing and walks in the woods and on the beach.
He is survived by his wife, Lynne (Chiras) Donahue of Derry and two daughters, Christine Donahue of Derry and Erica Donahue of Derry and also by several nieces.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 11th at 1:00pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry. Friends may call on Friday from 5 - 8 pm at the funeral home.
