Mary (Todesco) DiPalo, of Boston’s North End, and a former Somerville resident, died peacefully at the North End Community Nursing Home. She was 95.
Mrs. DiPalo was born and raised in the North End, the daughter of the late Clemente and the late Rosa (DeCristoforo) Todesco. For many years Mary worked as a candy dipper for Fanny Farmer Candy, Cambridge.
She was the beloved wife of the late Peter Di Palo. She was the dear sister of the late Susan Limoncelli, Rose Tomasone, Domenic and Joseph Todesco. Mary is lovingly survived by one niece and many nephews.
Her funeral was from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, Friday June 3, at 8:30 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Mary Church, 155 Washington Street, Winchester, at 10 AM. Services concluded with burial at St. Michael Cemetery, Roslindale.
