Mr. Paul H. Maynard, of East Taunton, died Monday, November 30 in Morton Hospital following a brief illness. He was born 60 years ago in New Bedford, the son of the late George and Claire M. (Hallsworth) Maynard. He was educated in New Bedford and had been a East Taunton resident since 1963. He was employed as a baker for Gold Medal Bakery in Fall River for over 40 years. He enjoyed inventing and customizing machinery and gardening. He was a communicant of Holy Family Church in East Taunton.
He leaves: 2 brothers: Roger Maynard of Florida, and Donald Maynard and his wife Sharon of Taunton; 2 sisters: Irene Sylvia of E. Taunton, and Jeannine Walters and her husband, Bill of Brockton, and several nieces and nephews. Paul was also the brother of the late Raymond Maynard and Jacqueline (Maynard) Presbrey.
Funeral services and interment will be private at the convenience of the family. Visiting Hours are respectfully omitted. Arrangements are under the direction of The Riendeau-Mulvey Funeral Home of Taunton.
