Obituary

WEBSTER – Joseph W. Shilinsky, Jr., 79, died Saturday, November 21, 2015 at home after a period of declining health.
He leaves his wife of 26 years, Susie (DiDomenico) Shilinsky; 2 daughters, Barbara McKeon of Leicester and Lynda Ganem of Worcester; a stepson, Kevin Graham of Thompson, CT; 10 grandchildren; a great-granddaughter Jaelyn; 2 brothers, Paul Shilinsky of Cape Coral, Florida and Bobby Shilinsky of Grafton; and a sister, Elaine Casey, also of Grafton. He was predeceased by his brother Richard Shilinsky.
He was born and raised in Worcester, a son of Joseph W. Skilinsky, Sr. and Violet (Wood) Shilinsky. He lived in Worcester and then in North Grosvenordale, CT for 11 years before moving to Webster in 2012.
He was an Army veteran of the Korean War.
Mr. Shilinsky was a mechanic and repairman at Lusignan Brothers Sheet Metal in Worcester. He then worked at Digital Computer in Maynard for several years before retiring.
Visitation will be from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Sunday, December 6, in Scanlon Funeral Service, 38 East Main Street. Donations in his name may be made to VNA of Southern Worcester County, PO Box 368, Webster, MA 01570-0368.
