Deborah G. Salem, 58, passed away Wednesday November 18th at the Wingate of Haverhill surrounded by her loving family. Debbie was born, raised and educated in Lawrence graduating Lawrence High Class of 1978. She worked for American Training in Lawrence for several years and in her free time Debbie enjoyed shopping at the mall, listening and dancing to 50’s music, visiting Salisbury Beach, and spending time at the Nevins Element Care. She was also a lifelong parishioner of St Anthony’s Maronite Church in Lawrence.
Debbie is predeceased by her parents Stella (Golas) and James N. Salem, stepmother Patricia Salem and is survived by brothers James Salem of Lawrence, Daniel Salem and his wife Virginia of Salisbury, step brother Charles Orrie and his wife Mary Jane of Los Lunas NM, nephew Brian Salem and his wife Mai of Burlington, niece Marie Salem of Somerville, grand nephew Edward Salem, aunt Jean Clark of Nashua NH, and many cousins.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend calling hours for Debbie on Sunday November 22nd from 2-5 PM at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home 233 Lawrence Street in Methuen. A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Monday November 23rd at 10:00 AM at St Anthony’s Maronite Church in Lawrence with burial to follow at St Anthony’s Cemetery in Methuen.
