Francis “Frank” R. Bradshaw, 81, died Monday, November 16, 2015, in his home, surrounded by his family. He was the devoted husband of Izaura (Ramos) Bradshaw. They had been married for sixty years.
Born in Pawtucket, he was a son of Joseph and Irene (Jacob) Bradshaw. Francis was employed by H. Carr and Sons of Providence, and had made his home in Burriville for fifteen years. He loved fishing.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his children, Rosemarie Johnson of Harrisville and Robert Bradshaw of Juneau, Alaska, as well as his three beloved grandsons, Aaron Johnson, Robert Lee, and Jeremy Lee, and his siblings, Dorothy Standring of Pawtucket, William Bradshaw of Massachusetts, Raymond Bradshaw of TX, Leo Bradshaw of Cranston, Carl Bradshaw of South Attleboro, Donald Bradshaw of Lincoln, Claire Bradshaw of Attleboro, and James Bradshaw of Pawtucket.
He is predeceased by his daughter, Linda Lee, his brothers, Harold, Joseph, Russell, George and Richard Bradshaw, and his sisters, Rita Marland, Mary Bradshaw, and Doris Cummings.
His funeral will be held Thursday at 8:30am from the Anderson-Winfield Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30am in St. Patrick’s Church, 45 Harrisville Main Street, Harrisville. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 5-7pm. In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to the Carmelite Monastery, 25 Watson Avenue, Barrington, RI 02806.
