Worcester—Harold “HB” Bilbilian, 86, died Monday, May 30, 2005 at UMass Memorial Hospital. He leaves his wife, Mildred “Millie” (Leschke) Bilbilian; a son and daughter-in-law, David and Cindy Bilbilian of Melrose; a daughter and son-in-law, Beth and Michael Kennedy of Pearl River, NY; four grandchildren, Shane Kennedy, Dylan Kennedy, Thomas Bilbilian, and Anthony Bilbilian; and a nephew. A sister, Alice Surabian, died in 2004.
Harold was born in Seekonk, son of Haig and Toorvanda (Tatarian) Bilbilian. He was a graduate of Classical High School and owned and operated HB Produce Co. for 40 years, retiring in 1984. He was a member of the Armenian Church of Our Saviour and the Armenian American Civic Club.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, June 2, at Armenian Church of Our Saviour, 87 Salisbury St. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery. A calling hour will be held at 10 a.m. at the church. Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to the Armenian Church of Our Saviour or Holy Trinity Nursing Home, 300 Barber Ave. Worcester MA 01606. Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln St, is directing arrangements.
