RAYNHAM – Cheryl (Aleixo) Bonaparte, wife of Francis L. Bonaparte, died at her Raynham home on October 30, 2015.
She was 57.
The daughter of Lillian (Vieira) Aleixo and the late Edward Aleixo, she was born in Taunton, and was a 1976 graduate of Taunton High School.
Cheryl was employed as a Mutuals Clerk for the Raynham-Taunton Dog Track for 26 years, retiring in 2008.
A communicant of Holy Family Church, she was a past recipient of the Marian Medal.
She was a season ticket holder of the Boston Bruins, and loved sewing, crafts, and quilting.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son Ian Bonaparte of Raynham; her daughter, Amy Bonaparte-Smith and her husband Daniel of Raynham; close friends, Dee Dee McGrail of Dighton, Julia Terzarkis of Raynham, Tarli Hackett of Taunton, and Val Terra of Taunton.
Funeral Services were private at the request of her family.
Arrangements were handled by the Silva Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Taunton.
