Maynard: Joshua Scott Cohen, 35, passed away in his sleep at his home in Maynard on October 31, 2015.
He was born in Framingham on November 13, 1979 the son of Susan M. (Lazzari) Cohen and Mitch S. Cohen.
Joshua is survived by his mother Susan M. (Lazzari) Cohen of Maynard and his father Mitch S. Cohen and his wife Ginger Winkley Cohen of Natick.
He is the brother of Melissa L. Triant and her husband Michael G. Triant of East Boston and the devoted uncle of Chase G. Triant and Callie M. Triant of East Boston.
Joshua spent his formative years in Framingham and has been a resident of Maynard for the past 13 years. He graduated from Framingham High School with the Class of 1998 and attended Newbury College in Boston. He was a career Service Advisor in the automotive industry for many years. He loved the outdoors, walking the trails near his home, he was a nature enthusiast and loved fishing. Joshua had a great sense of humor, enjoyed cooking for family and friends and loved to make people around him laugh. The most important aspect of his life was the devotion he had to his family, spending time with them and especially his nephew Chase and neice Callie. He will be greatly missed by all the lives that he touched.
Visitations will be held on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at the John C. Bryant Funeral Home, 56 Pemberton Road (Off Rte 30), Wayland.
His funeral services will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday, November 5, 2015 at the funeral home.
Interment will follow in the Cohen family lot in Edgell Grove Cemetery in Framingham.
