Obituary

Henry J. Banach, 92, of Worcester, died Friday, October 23rd in Worcester Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. He leaves two daughters, Cynthia L'Heureux of Virginia and Deborah VanDyke of Webster; two step-sons; thirteen grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; several nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by one sister and three brothers.
He was born in Easthampton, the son of Stanislaus and Bronislawa (Stankiewicz) Banach and lived here most of his life. Henry was a machinist for many years at Hardy Knife Company before retiring. He was a World War II U.S. Navy veteran and was a member of the Polish Naturalization Independent Club and the White Eagle.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, December 23rd in Worcester County Memorial Park, 217 Richards Avenue, Paxton.
