TEWKSBURY - Mrs. Ann Marie (Cunningham) Coughlin, age 83, died unexpectedly Tuesday evening, October 27, at the Lahey Medical Center in Burlington after a brief illness, surrounded by her beloved children. She was the wife of the late Francis “Mickey” Coughlin. Her strength and courage in the last week of her life were an inspiration to everyone who loved her.
Ann was born in Boston in May 1932, one of four children of the late Patrick and Jane (White) Cunningham. She was raised in Roxbury and Dorchester and attended Parochial Schools for her education. After marriage, she moved to Billerica to raise her family. She worked as an inspector at MA/COM in Burlington until her retirement. Ann was a resident of Tewksbury for the last several years and attended St. William's Church.
