COOK, Wallace L. “Wally”, 90, of Louisville, passed away Monday, October 19, 2015.
Born in Brookport, IL, he was a retired heating and air technician and electrician for Broadway Chevrolet and an Army Veteran of World War II. He was a member of Middletown Christian Church, Valley Masonic Lodge #511 and the Scottish Rite.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Nora (Combs) Cook; sons, William L. Cook (Linda) and Kevin L. Cook; grandson, Jeffery Cook; brothers, Ray Cook and Mickey Davis; and sister, Sandy Turnbough.
His service will be 12 Noon Thursday at Owen Funeral Home – Jeffersontown, 9318 Taylorsville Road, with burial to follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 12-8 Wednesday and after 10am Thursday at the funeral home.
