WAPPINGERS FALLS, NEW YORK: Eileen L. (Cappello) Mohr, 80, of Wappingers Falls, NY died peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday, Oct. 2 in the Meadows of Leicester after an illness.
She was pre-deceased by her husband John F. Mohr. She leaves two daughters Brenda Baczko and her husband Les of Rochdale, MA and Deborah Jackson of Wappingers Falls, NY. She had three granddaughters Courtney, Monica & Kimberly Baczko and two great-granddaughters Mia & Destine.
Mrs. Mohr was born in Bronx, New York, daughter of Matthew and Eileen Cappello. She graduated from St. Helena High School, Bronx, NY. She was a certified nurses aide at Central Dutchess Nursing Home for several years. She was an avid reader and enjoyed crafts, crochet and crossword puzzles.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, Oct. 10 at 11:30 AM in St. Aloysius-St. Jude Church, 489 Pleasant Street, Leicester, MA. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Mountain View Cemetery, New Fairfield, CT. There are no calling hours.
