Robert Francis Barberio, Jr., 40, of Manchester, NH died Tuesday, September 29, 2015 in Manchester as the result of an apparent heroin overdose. Robert was born December 12, 1974 in Waltham, MA and was the son of Robert F., Sr. and Donna M. (Scafidi) Barberio. Robert was raised and educated in W. Newton, MA, prior to moving to Derry 30 years ago where he attended Pinkerton Academy. Robert was a talented carpenter and plied his trade in the local area for many years. He was also a club DJ and enjoyed spinning techno music.
Members of the family include his parents of Derry; his beloved son, Jonathan Barberio of Manchester; a sister and her husband, Christine and CJ Whittaker; his maternal grandfather, Anthony Scafidi of Centerville, MA; two nieces, Marissa and Emma Whittaker; longtime friend and mother of his child, Holly Jefferson, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
