It is with broken hearts we announce that Scott A. Coates died unexpectedly on September 16, 2015.
Scott was a graduate of Highland High School and Purdue University. He was a senior partner at Deloitte.
Scott is survived by his wife of 26 years, Leslie, and daughters Haley and Hannah; his mother, Julie (Brian) Morson; father, Larry (Theresa) Coates; sister, Lori (Kevin) Crawford and their children, Joshua (fiancée Martha) Lauren and Ben; stepsisters, Martina (fiancé Justin) Hughel and Gail (Paul) Bower; brother-in-law, Pat Nelson and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by all of his grandparents.
Scott loved life and lived it to it's fullest, especially spending time with his family and friends. He will be dearly missed by all.
Scott's family would like to thank his Deloitte partners for being by our side during this very difficult time.
Calling hours will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Monday, September 21, 2015 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service.
Funeral services will be 11 am on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at First Church of the Nazarene; 2324 Jackson Street; Anderson, IN with Rev. Dr. Chuck Rush officiating.
