Shelley A. Bucinskas, 48, of Worcester passed away September 17th after a valiant fight with Breast Cancer. She leaves behind her beloved son, Zackery Bucinskas and her loving mother, Donna J. (Fournier) Gentile with whom she resided. She also leaves her longtime companion, Lee Nugent of Worcester; her father, Bob Bucinskas and his wife, Dianna of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; a stepfather, Tommy Gentile of Worcester who raised her; three sisters, Jodi Jimenez and her husband, Alvin of Smithville, TX, Dina (Gentile) Mulvey and her husband, Thomas and Dawn Gentile and her fiancé, William Bara all of Worcester; her beloved dog, Ace; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by a brother, Keith Bucinskas.
Shelley was born on December 13, 1966 in Worcester. She graduated from Fanning Trade High School and Quinsigamond Community College with a degree in Early Childhood. She worked for several years for the former Fallon Clinic now known as Reliant Medical. Shelley had a special gift and a huge heart for all children and was very giving and selfless when it came to caring for others. She was a wonderful mother, aunt, sister and daughter and she will be sadly missed.
The family would like to give special thanks to the angels at the Rose Monahan Hospice Home who were instrumental in her final days.
