John Patrick Poynter 68 of Louisville, KY passed away Tuesday September 15th. He was a retired Pipe Fitter for the Pipe Fitters Association.
He was preceded in death by his parents Ray and Helen Poynter and one brother Bill Poynter.
He is survived by two sons; John Poynter (Jill), and Tom Poynter (Jhonna), two grandchildren; Hannah and Katie Poynter, and brother Gayle Poynter (Mary).
Visitation will be Saturday September 19th from 10 a.m.to 2 p.m. with a memorial service to follow at 2 p.m. at the Owen Funeral Home-Jeffersontown 9318 Taylorsville Rd Louisville, KY 40299.
