Peacefully on September 16, 2015 VIRGINIA E. BAUGHMAN (Nee Wilson) on Towson was called to join her beloved husband, James Elton Baughman. She is survived by her daughter, Susan Lynch and her husband Thomas Lynch, and grandsons, Erick Christopher Lynch and Christopher Ryan Lynch. She is also survived by a sister, Erma N. Lemon of Keyser, WV and many loving nieces and nephews. Virginia was a dedicated volunteer at Union Memorial Hospital for 28 years.
