Bridgewater - Wendy J. Maxwell 67, died Monday September 7 after a brave battle with cancer.
Born in Boston and raised in Reading, she was the daughter of the late John & Florence Maxwell and a graduate of Abington High School.
She will be remembered as a “well loved” elementary school teacher having taught many years at the Cedar School in Hanover.
She is survived by her loving sisters Judith Smith and her husband Kevin of Abington and Joanne Hetherington and her husband Donald of CT as well as her nieces and nephews and extended family. She is also leaves behind her many devoted friends.
Family and friends are invited to her Memorial Service to be held Thursday October 8 at 7:30 PM in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street (Rte. 58 @ the rotary) Whitman. Visiting hours will be held prior to the service from 5:00-7:30 PM
