Robert F. Palladino, 90, of Weston, formerly of Natick and Yarmouth Port, died Monday, September 7, 2015.
He was the beloved husband of Carolyn (Boardman) Palladino, sharing 61 years of marriage.
Mr. Palladino was the owner of the Palmac Company for over 30 years, retiring in 1995.
He was a graduate of Boston College, class of 1950. After excelling in football at Natick High School, Bob was recruited to Notre Dame, playing his freshman year, and transferred to Boston College after World War II.
Mr. Palladino was an avid golfer and was a member of the Cummaquid Golf Club on Cape Cod, and played golf in Naples, Florida in the winter months.
He was a member of many sports associations at Boston College, and was also a longtime fan of Notre Dame Football.
Mr. Palladino was a Veteran of World War II, serving in the United States Navy.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three daughters, Lisa A. Palladino of Reading, Lesli A. Pechulis and her husband Jeffrey of Westfield, Lynn C. Martin and her husband Ronald of Hopkinton, three grandchildren, Kale Martin, Ashlee and Zachary Pechulis, and one niece and nephew.
He was the brother of the late Grace Mitchell.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral on Friday, September 11th at 9:00 A.M. from the John Everett and Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street, at Natick Common followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Patrick Church at 10:00 A.M.
Visiting hours are Thursday from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M.
Interment St. Patrick Cemetery.
