PETRAGLIA, William Joseph (W.J. Petraglia), beloved husband of the late Virginia (Ginny) Petraglia (2002), nee Meehan, married for 52 years. Loving father of the late William Meehan (Bill) Petraglia (2010). William Petraglia is survived by his loving daughter Patricia Petraglia of Dover, MA and loving son Michael (Mike) Petraglia of Lincoln, MA, son-in-law Carl Yankowski, daughter-in-law Henrietta Petraglia, nee Smallwood, of Loveland, OH. William J. Petraglia was also the very loving grandfather of Janie Carlson Petraglia and Emma Carlson Petraglia of Lincoln, MA. William J. Petraglia was a graduate of Manhattan College Civil Engineering (1949) and a U.S. Naval Lieutenant serving in World War II (1944-45) and Korea (1950-51). He was a dedicated executive at Procter & Gamble (1953-1987). William proudly called Cincinnati home (Oct. 1965-Jan. 2014), and was an active member of the Kenwood, Heitmeyer Farms and Sycamore Township communities and a loyal St. Vincent Ferrer parishioner. William leaves numerous family and friends to cherish his memory.
William passed away in the early morning of August 29, 2015 at the age of 90 at his residence in Wellesley, MA. A memorial mass will be held at St. John the Evangelist Church in Wellesley, MA on Friday, Sept. 11, 2015 at 10 a.m. Memorial donations, in lieu of flowers, may be directed in his loving honor to The Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society, 875 N.
