WORCESTER-Olive A. (Nuttall) Smith, 82, of 291 June Street died Friday, May 20th in the Hospice Residence. She leaves her husband of 59 years Robert C. Smith and several cousins.
She was born in Farnsworth, England the daughter of George and Ethel (Hoar) Nuttall and came to the United States at the age of 2. Mrs. Smith had worked as a drill operator for the former Reed & Prince Company during World War 2. She was a member of the First Congregational Church in Worcester.
The funeral is Wednesday, May 25th with a graveside service at 11:00 AM in All Faiths Cemetery. Calling hours are Monday, May 23rd from 3:00 until 5:00 PM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to VNA Care Network, Hospice Residence, 102 Thomas Street, Worcester, MA, 01608.
