Nancy Beth (Waggoner) McCormick, 54, of Anderson died at Community Hospital after an extended illness.
She was born April 5, 1961 in Tennessee.
She was a waitress at Cracker Barrel; attended Park Place Church of God; was a Candystriper at Community Hospital; and volunteered at other organizations including the Y.M.C.A.
She enjoyed walking and helping at nursing home. She loved to travel, nature, cats, being outdoors and visiting national parks.
She is survived by her mother, Georgia Lee (Gerlach) Waggoner of Anderson; son, Nickolas McCormick (fiancée Brittany Burmeister) and Kenneth James "Nathaniel" McCormick of Indianapolis; three grandchildren, Hunter McCormick; Dalylah Burmeister and Ian Dahmer; step-sister, Ann (Lionel) Kreamer of Ft. Wayne; niece and nephew, Virginia (Dale) Ellen; Christopher Kreamer all of Fort Wayne; several great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Wilson Waggoner.
Services will be 3 p.m. on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Rev. Don Collins officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
Cremation will take place.
