Carlo W. Pirolli, 85, of Oakhurst Drive, Greenville, died Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence. He was the devoted husband of Elena (Marocco) Pirolli. They had been married for 62 years.
Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Michael and Angelina (Petrucci) Pirolli. He was the former President of the Karpet Klinic Company in Cranston until his retirement in 1989.
He was a Korean Army Veteran and had received the Korean Service Medal. He was a member of VFW Post #2396, as well as a faithful attendee of the Santa Maria DiPrata Society, a member of the Knights of Columbus Charter, Council #11087, and a sponsor of the Karpet Klinic Golf League.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his two beloved sons, Michael Pirolli and his wife, Susan, and William Pirolli and his wife, Joanne, both of Cranston, his five grandchildren: Michael, Nicholas, Peter, Patrick and Kyle Pirolli. He was the brother of the late Anthony and Fred Pirolli.
His funeral will be held Saturday at 8:30 am from the ANDERSON-WINFIELD Funeral Home, Rt 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30am in St. Joseph Church, Main Street, North Scituate. Visitation Friday 4-7pm .
