Max Owen Fitzpatrick, infant son of Richard R. and Jennie A. (Black) Fitzpatrick of Londonderry, NH, died Monday, May 16, 2005 in the Elliot Hospital, Manchester, NH. Max was born in Manchester on May 14, 2005.
He is survived by his parents, Richard & Jennie (Black) Fitzpatrick of Londonderry, maternal grandmother, Kathleen Perry of Manchester, formerly of Danville, NH, maternal grandfather, Dana Black of Hampstead, NH, paternal grandparents, David & Dolores (Fitzpatrick) LeRay, Jr., of Everett, MA, maternal great grandfather, Henry Perry of Falmouth, MA, paternal great grandparents, David and Barbara LeRay of Everett, MA, paternal great grandmother, Helen Wedge of Malden, MA, maternal great great aunt, Adele Ruthman of Swampscott, MA, aunt and Godmother, Deborah Black of Manchester, formerly of Danville, NH, aunt and Godmother, Suzanne Black of Hampstead, NH, Godfather, Keith Luongo of Everett, MA, several aunts, uncles & five cousins.
Graveside funeral services will be held on Friday, May 20, 2005 at 1:30pm in the Pleasant View Cemetery, Mammoth Road, Londonderry. There are no calling hours. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry, NH is handling arrangements.
