WORCESTER - Marguerite A. (Lavallee) Sanders, 77, of 210 Cambridge Street died Thursday May 9 at home after an illness.
Her husband Bernard W. Sanders died in 1993. She leaves a daughter Olive Sanders of Worcester with whom she lived; 2 grandchildren including Eric Sanders of Worcester with whom she lived. Mrs. Sanders is predeceased by a sister Olive Lavallee. She was born in Hartford, CT daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth Lavallee.
Mrs. Sanders was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Church. She was active in the Canterbury Street School Parents Association and she enjoyed gardening.
A memorial mass will be held on Monday, May 13 at 11 AM in Holy Name of Jesus Church 51 Illinois St. There are no calling hours. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Holy Name of Jesus Church 51 Illinois Street, Worcester, MA 01610.
