SHREWSBURY-Edward J. Duszak, 68, of 272 Quinsigamond Avenue, died Saturday, May 14th in UMass Hospital after a long illness. He leaves 2 sons, David E. Duszak of Shrewsbury and Duane E. Duszak of Worcester, a daughter, Kimberly Ann Prouty of Auburn, 2 sisters, Alice G. Houde of Shrewsbury and Jean Nowak of Uncasville, CT, a granddaughter, Kasie Marie, a former wife, Alice M. (Simpson) Degnan, many nephews and nieces. 2 brothers, Thomas and Stanley Duszak predeceased him.
He was born in Worcester the son of Stanley J. and Genevieve A. (Garvick) Duszak. He was an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. Mr. Duszak worked as a weaver and machine operator for several local companies including the former Robinson Company until retiring. He was a member of the Polish American Veterans’ Club.
