Lawrence J. Curtin, of Chester, NH, died Wednesday at the Parkland Medical Center in Derry, NH. He was 69 years old.
Mr. Curtin was born in Swampscott, MA and he grew up and was educated in Marblehead. He graduated form the Chauncy Hall Prep School in Boston, MA and later graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He lived in Nashua, NH, Chelmsford, MA and Plymouth, MA before moving to Chester, NH in 2001.
He was a self-employed Home Builder. Mr. Curtin served his country in the US Army during the Korean War. He was a member of AA for the past 32 years.

A Funeral Service will be held Saturday at 1:00 PM at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH, cremation will follow. Calling hours will be Friday from 7-9PM at the funeral home.
