David Burri, of Somerville, formerly of Medford, died Saturday at his home. He was 72.
Mr. Burri was raised in Medford, the son of the late Louis and Julia (Bozzi) Burri. Disabled, as a youngster, Mr. Burri was dedicated to his family and enjoyed the company of his friends. He lived most of his life in Medford, with the last 10 years in Somerville.
He was the beloved brother of Vera Iovanni of Stoneham, Clifford Burri of East Boston, and Frances Tully of Fla. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
His funeral will be from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, Wednesday at 8 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Clement Church, 71 Warner Street, Medford, at 9 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Tuesday 4 - 8. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
