Coscia, Joseph Of West Roxbury formerly of Manocalzati, Italy, suddenly Aug. 15, 2015. Age 59. Beloved son of Nunzia (Musto) Coscia of West Roxbury and the late Luigi Coscia.
Devoted brother of Rosa DiRino and her husband Sal of Walpole and Sabino Coscia of Foxboro. Uncle of Kristina McMullen and her husband Sean, and Nicole and Gabriella DiRino and Amanda, Rachael and Julia Coscia. Nephew of Sabino and Angela Coscia of Franklin and Carmella Imbimbo of Italy. Also survived by many cousins in the United States and Italy.
Joe immigrated to the United States at 14 years of age. He graduated from Roslindale High School and Northeastern University. Joe was a dedicated electrical engineer for several companies ending his career with Crane Industries. Above all else, Joseph Coscia was dedicated to his family. As the oldest son, brother, uncle, nephew and cousin; Joe assumed the mantle of being everything to everyone and it was in that choice that he excelled and was the happiest. He had a dedication to ensuring that his family and their loved ones prospered and grew, and that was his greatest accomplishment.
