Michael Brian Pendleton, 33, passed away Monday, August 10, 2015 at University Hospital.
He was self- employed, and is survived by his mother, Mickey Pendleton; three sons, Sean Michael Pendleton, Ayden Brian Pendleton and Alex Lee Pendleton and his daughter, Lillian Joyce Pendleton; two brothers, Roger Thomas Pendleton (Christina) and Edward Scott Pendleton and his fiancé, Kristen.
His funeral service will be 11:00 am Saturday, at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West.
Visitation 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday.
